INTRODUCTION TO ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA WORKSHOP
This is a great yoga workshop that teaches the foundation of the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice. Participants will receive focused attention and hands-on adjustments giving them the foundation to build on their yoga practice correctly, safely and with strength and understanding. No specific fitness level is required as the participant will be encouraged to work within their abilities.
This is a great place to start if you have experience in a softer form of hatha yoga and also perfect for a beginner to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or a person looking to review postures and placement.

ADVANCE YOUR PRACTICE YOGA WORKSHOP
This is a 3-hour workshop where students can gain a deeper understanding to their yoga practice focusing on the philosophy, language and practical knowledge of yoga. More complex Yoga asanas (or postures) will be covered in step-by-step detail so the student can understand where they should be and what they can work on in each asana. Students will leave with knowledge to enhance their practice in or out of class. Highly recommended for those practicing Full Primary Series or wishing to.

COUPLES YOGA WORKSHOP
A fun and unique date for you and your partner. Couples are guided through a seriesof deeply relaxing yoga assists and simple yoga massage techniques. This fun,noncompetitive workshop is designed to build trust, communication, joy, andintimacy through the power of compassionate touch. Both experienced yogastudents and beginners are welcome. Absolutely no experience with yoga isnecessary.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
The Brussels Yoga Loft developed the Gentle Flow Yoga Class especially for complete beginners to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This yoga class is unique will boost your energy level, reduce stress, and makes your body healthier whilst reducing the impact from certain asanas. This is also suitable for people with temporary or permanent physical limitations. It will help you get acquainted with the asanas and the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in a gradual and relaxed way focusing on alignment, breathing and flow.
ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA
An important guideline for our classes is the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence designed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India to open the body and awaken the spirit. The focus is on synchronization of breath with continuous flow of movement and supported or strengthened by the bandhas. A vigorous practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. Empower yourself and gain mental clarity while enhancing core strength and flexibility.
MODIFIED PRIMARY SERIES (MPS) – ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA
The Modified Primary Series is based on the Full Primary Series designed by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois and made accessible to all. The class begins with sun salutations, standing poses and balancing asanas, and finishes with seated forward-folds, twists, backbends and inversions. The primary focus is physical cleansing, synchronization of breath and movement. This class is open to practitioners of all levels and offers easy to learn modifications depending on the level of the individual.
FULL PRIMARY SERIES (FPS) – ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA
Experience the full primary series sequence of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, offering further asanas to enhance and round out the Primary Series practice. This class is not recommended for those with little or no yoga experience. This fast paced class includes arm balancing, back bends, and inversions and builds endurance and breath. Modifications are possible for all poses.
A Vinyasa Yoga Class for yoga students who are ready for more challenges and asanas from the second and third series of Ashtanga.
Yin Yoga is a great compliment to Ashtanga. It directs the stimulation deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues and targets connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones and joints with the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility. It will work deeper muscles that normally are not exercised much in amore active style practice. Everyone is welcome!
Prepare for the mental and physical aspects of childbirth with our prenatal yoga class. This class provides and environment for pregnant women to learn breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as strengthening exercises for where the body will need to be strong. This class will help improve balance, circulation and toning with postures modified for the needs of each trimester. Create those surges of prana (breathe life force and energy) for yourself and for your baby. Get to know other expectant mothers and learn relaxation techniques that will take you far beyond pregnancy.
Heal and rejuvenate your body and peace of mind. Post-natal yoga is just as important as prenatal yoga, bringing the body into shape by rebuilding core strength and relieving neck and shoulder tension, while putting internal organs back in place. This class may contribute to a calmer mother, a more serene environment, as well as a healthier and stronger woman. The result of all of that is a healthier and happier baby.
These are fun Ashtanga yoga classes adapted for kids! This lively atmosphere will show children the enjoyment found in discovering their physical & mental capabilities. Children derive immense benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. It also increases their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation. It can also help counter stress.
