Our programmes are a Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. This is a strictly tested and evaluated certification.

It ensures the quality of the program and to allows graduates to become Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200).

Our 200-Hour power vinyasa Yoga teacher training curriculum uniquely blends the history and philosophical teachings of yoga with the essential components of asana, anatomy and sequencing. While the curriculum is stacked for an immersive learning experience, the delivery is hands-on and personalised, encouraging a well-rounded approach to developing both your personal practice and your teaching skills. The training is specifically designed to help you:

  • Advance your study of asana (including proper alignment, benefits, and contraindications of the physical postures)

  • Understand the principles of anatomy and body mechanics

  • Explore the science and art of sequencing

  • Learn and practice hands-on adjustments

  • See and interpret how energy moves through the body

  • Use props to improve or modify a posture

  • Cultivate your voice, both as a teacher and as an individual

  • Build confidence through practice teaching

  • Gain a broader understanding of yoga history and philosophy

  • Learn and define the Sanskrit names of postures

Daily Schedule 

16 Days of Intense Teacher Training

Part one – 1st to 7th November

  • 0800-0900: Yoga class (power vinyasa)
  • 0900 – 1330: Techniques, training and practice
  • 1330-1445: Lunch then human anatomy and physiology
  • 1445-1615: Teaching methodology
  • 1615-1815: Techniques, training and practice
  • 1815-1915: Yoga class (power vinyasa)

Part two – 8th to 16th November

  • 0800-0900: Yoga class (power vinyasa)
  • 0900-1245: Techniques, training and practice
  • 1245-1400: Lunch then human anatomy and physiology
  • 1400-1615: Yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics
  • 1615-1745: Teaching methodology
  •  Yoga class (power vinyasa)

Before/after the training days: 1 hour of observation.

Your Teachers

Giulietta Evans 

Giulietta was born in New York and raised in Hawaii.

She has been following yoga since she was a kid, no matter where she lived, just by being around her mother as she taught and explored her own practice.

She then decided to go much deeper into the practice and completed the teacher training course. She also studies and teaches contemporary & classical dance.

Therefore considering Yoga as a Dance and bringing many creative sequences to the mat through the breath.

Giulietta loves to use the power of the breath, mind & body to bring her sequencing to a physically advanced level flowing in and out of inversions.

Giulietta specials is to teach her students advanced sequencing safely and with confidence.

She loves yoga for its ability to bring true self-love, and her goal in life is to help people feel better through the practice, breath and movement.


Silvana Alfonso 

Silvana comes from an ashtanga based practice. 

She moved to Firenze from Hawaii, where she studied directly with Pattabhi Jois teachings, from David Swenson to Kino MacGregor to Govinda Kai.

She used to dance and teach before coming closer to the yoga practice — the transition was just natural. 

She also used the practice to recover from a bad accident, and learned how to correct the body from bad posture and injuries, starting with the body, and eventually with strong breathing technique, finding the quiet mind.

She loves a strong practice, flowing to the rhythm of great music (sometimes even her own mixes from her DJ skills).

 A raw foodist who believes in connecting to the universal flow by keeping a clean body and detoxifying through yoga, she also teaches how to take care of the body through nutrition.

Irina Oshchepkova

Happiness was the motivating reason for Irinia to embark on a career as a Yoga teacher. 

She qualified to teach Yoga at the Brussels Yoga Loft in 2018. And she hasn’t looked since. 

Irina continually attends workshops and events, and incorporates her new knowledge and skills back into her practice. 

Irina loves to share her passion for Yoga and motivate other practitioners. In her Yoga classes, she helps her students to listen properly to their bodies and respect their differences, so they do what feels right rather than what looks fancy.
