Creamy Dill and Cannellini Bean Dip

Combine in food processor: 1 can of cannellini beans (can be replaced with white beans or white kidney beans), 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill, 1/4 cup olive oil, zest & juice of 1 lemon, 1 large garlic clove, 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Eat with 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced), 1 carrot and 10 crackers.
