Find a yoga class to suit your schedule on the extensive list of ashtanga, vinyasa, yin as well as pre & post-natal classes below. What is especially great at the Brussels Yoga Loft is that you do not need to register for any of the classes on the schedule. You can come whenever it fits your agenda.

Our teachers are all also very active and they may as a result be replaced by other great teachers on occasion. We invite you all to try out new teachers and experience different styles.

Important Class and Studio Information

* Vinyasa Flow = A vigorous practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and also mental focus.

* Vinyasa Flow II = A Vinyasa Yoga Class for yoga students who are ready for an even more dynamic type class, who are looking for more challenges and above all asanas from the second and third series of Ashtanga.

* Yin = a class that focuses on deeper stretching of key muscles and muscle groups for deeper relaxation. The rhythm of a yin class is completely different from “flow” type classes. In a Yin class a reduced number of postures are held for longer in order to allow for deeper stretches of ligaments, tendons, fascia and muscles.

* Yinyasa = a new class at the Brussels Yoga Loft. YINyasa is a fluid flow of yin yoga poses targeting an all-over-body improvement in range of motion & flexibility. Moving at a slightly faster pace than a traditional yin class, we hold poses for 2 – 3 minutes. We then balance with some gentle yang counter-poses to stimulate the flow of energy. The level is adaptable to everyone and as a result everyone is always welcome!

* Yang / restorative= a great combination of all the amazing benefits of both the yang practise (ashtanga) and the yin practice (holding asanas for longer, slowing down and creating deeper stretching)

* Ashtanga Primary Series (short) = former MPS class (Modified Primary Series). This is a 1 hour class that is the shorter version of the primary series of ashtanga.
