You are sure to Find a yoga class for your needs from the variety of classes below. All our Yoga Classes are adapted to every level and are mostly accessible to everyone. You can learn more about the different yoga styles we teach by going to our yoga styles page.

If you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher then you can also learn about our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training on our website.

Find a yoga class to suit your schedule on the extensive list of ashtanga, vinyasa, yin as well aspre & post-natal classes below. You do not need to register for any of the classes on the schedule, including the kids yoga classes, and you can come when it fits your agenda. Our teachers are very active and you may therefore be replaced by other great teachers. Every week you can look at the updated schedule in the studio to find out which teachers will be replaced.

Important Class and Studio Information

* Vinyasa Flow = A vigorous practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and alsomental focus.

* Vinyasa Flow II = A Vinyasa Yoga Class for yoga students who are ready for an even more dynamic type class, who are looking for more challenges and above all asanas from the second and third series of Ashtanga.

* Yinyasa = a new class at the Brussels Yoga Loft. YINyasa is a fluid flow of yin yoga poses targeting an all-over-body improvement in range of motion & flexibility. Moving at a slightly faster pace than a traditional yin class, we hold poses for 2 – 3 minutes. And we balance with some gentle yang counter-poses to stimulate the flow of energy. The level is adaptable to everyone – all are welcome!

* Yin-Yang = a great combination of all the amazing benefits of both the yang practise (ashtanga) and the yin practice (holding asanas for longer, slowing down and creating deeper stretching)

* Ashtanga Primary Series (short) = former MPS class (Modified Primary Series). This is a 1 hour class that is the shorter version of the primary series of ashtanga.

* Full Primary Series (Mysore) = This Monday morning class is an “rsvp only” class. It requires registration by calling or texting 0483 139797 at least 24 hours before the start of the class. This class is taught in the tradition of Ashtanga. That also means no demonstration, counting in sanskrit, minimal explanations. 3 students per class minimum. You will also receive a confirmation if the class take place.
