    €23.2 per credit - Five credit packs expire after six months, and unused credits are lost. No extensions or refunds are given.

  • Ten Credits €216

    €21.6 per credit - Ten credit packs expire after 12 months from the date of purchase, and unused credits are lost. No extensions or refunds are given.

  • 20 Credits €380

    €19 per credit - Twenty credit packs expire after 24 months from the date of purchase, and unused credits are lost. No extensions or refunds are given.

  • 50 Credits €710

    €14.2 per credit - Fifty credit packs expire after 24 months from the date of purchase, and unused credits are lost. No extensions or refunds are given.

FAQs

How do your memberships work?

Depending on your membership, every 28 days, starting from the date you join, you are issued class credits onto your account.

You can then spend your credits on your selected classes. For example, you choose to practice twice a week. At the start of your 28-day period, you’ll get eight class credits to spend during that 28 days.

What if I don’t use all my credits in my 28-day period?

Unused credits on all membership plans remain on your account for another 28 days before expiring. For example, you only use six credits of your eight in your 28-day period. In the next 28-day days, you’ll have two credits on your account and another eight credits issued for ten credits in those 28 days.

Can I cancel a standard membership?

You have to serve a 60-day notice period before your cancellation will take place. All membership fees are due during these 60 days. Your membership is cancelled once the 60 days are completed, and you’ll lose access to the studio. You must give your 60 days in writing to us by emailing info@brusselsyogaloft.com. Your 60 days start from the time and date on the email - verbal intention to cancel is not accepted as notice to cancel.

How do I cancel a flex membership?

Membership can be cancelled by email to info@brusselsyogaloft.com - verbal intention to cancel is not accepted as notice to cancel.

Your membership will not renew and will automatically be cancelled at the time of your renewal date, and you will not be charged.

No refund will be given if you have just paid your renewal and decide to cancel. 

To avoid surprises, please make sure that you cancel before your renewal date.

I was charged two credits for one class; why did that happen?

60-minute classes cost one credit / 90-minute classes cost two credits / 120-minute classes cost two credits.

Can I get a refund on credits when I cancel my account?

No, if you cancel your membership and have credits left on your account, they are lost, cannot be refunded, and have no cash value.

What is your class cancellation policy?

We allow a two-hour window for cancellations - after the two-hour window, your class credit will be lost for a credit subscription.  

While there are many valid reasons for not knowing that you can not attend your class, to be fair to all members, this rule has no exceptions. 

If you are on an unlimited membership and cancel late five or more times in your 28-day period, you'll automatically be charged a 24 EUR fee.
