What we are looking for in a teacher

At The Yoga Loft, we prioritize professionalism, honesty, and authenticity in our teaching team. We ideally want to hear from you if;

  • You are multi-disciplined as a teacher, teaching different yoga styles, pilates, nutrition, ballet, dance, etc.

  • You offer other services through your website - you are actively trying to develop your own business as a solo entrepreneur in health and wellness.

  • You want to partner with us to develop our brand and your own.

  • You are comfortable using technology such as customer relationship management software and social media to promote yourself and your business.

  • You are willing to teach as a permanent or replacement teacher in our Louise and Tomberg studios.

  • You have a ‘technical’ teaching style. You can teach easily off the mat and help people understand how to get into poses and shapes.

  • You are currently living and working in Brussels

What we offer in Return

Unlike other studios, we actively want to help you grow your brand and audience and benefit from working with us in partnership.

  • Opportunity for permanent or replacement role as a teacher for our group classes.

  • Access to our audience to promote your services, workshops, and one-on-one or small group meetings through our powerful all-in-one CRM platform. Build your audience and access our audience seamlessly.

  • Support to develop your high ticket programmes, teacher training, retreats, digital programmes and other products and services.

  • Payment for your high-ticket programme, teacher training, retreats, digital programmes, and other products and services is directly from the customer to your bank account. No more waiting for your money from the studio—we invoice you for our percentage at the end of the month. All you need to do is sign up for a Stripe payment account, and we’ll connect it to our CRM and booking system.

  • Access to discounted and sometimes free training under our Yoga Academy brand.

Our application process includes the form below, a short interview, and an audition for candidates who pique our interest.
